Reference to Pavillion 2 Bt. Jalil.. PAVREIT price also rise to all time high.. 1.7X.. Disposed mine already for higher yield reit.

Pav2 is huge and most likely will need time to generate results. Note PAVREIT has Damen Mall which is not performing well and eats back on the income against high operating expenses, though Pav Bt. Bintang is doing exceptionally well.

dun quite get the demand - yield at this price is marginal yet the sharks are willing to prop shares up to this level? Hmmm.. even with Pav2 around the corner I'm predicting a temporary drop before they will gear up to their original values.

Expect at least some retracement - but signals not quite useful for msian stocks lol.. ikut jerung jer..

MyEG is just downright strange running from 1.00 to 1.61 within the span of just a few months. Just hope the loose sellers run out of steam so supply can dwindle, but looking at the amount of support the company is throwing in, it is hard to keep this up. The only chance for a recovery is perhaps once stable QR's drop in.

We are mostly expecting a boleh tahan la.. question is the price boleh tahan or not haha

Wont be surprised if income falls... however comparing to the amount of punishment the price deserves is hard to tell..

TBH GenM is at risk based on their high prices before.. I wish I would stock more Gkent, but its starting to take a portion that is too big for my portfolio... as cheap as it is... *keeping hands off the buy button*

Actually ytd selling pressure was not that significant though support wasn't strong either. Could be players being forced to dispose, in line with the general market down sentiment.

No heavy trades recently atm apart from smaller traders/speculators and few sharks it seems - Won 2 day trades, lost 1, still cool.

GK Buyback from RM1.03.. Someone really helped to defend the price at RM0.9X to RM1.01 this morning. Somehow this counter was more resilient than others... but well compared to the whole world burning haha

The burn across bursa is real. Gkent may not have hit its worst to date. Wished to keep some bullets for the cheap shopping spree.

The whole KLCI is down pretty bad - but I was hoping Gkent found its support. That dividend was not worth waiting for after all.. I would be in shopping spree mode if this price was seen incoming.

There likely still is share buyback.. Resistance is especially strong a few sen below the active trading price. Some of their announcement was done late, but am curious which potato is actively selling down

GK was the one buying back this morning it seems - they held the price at 1.28 - but come to think of it... they could have swooped back in when the price was lower after more dumps and force an even close later and saving some.
