Actually it just as simple as to present the documents KPMG requested... Why so complicated? SINCE Karim has good connection and network with the counterparts.. It will not difficult for him to get the customers, suppliers or the sub-contractors to sign back the confirmation and provide relevant agreement like master agreement/subcontracting agreement/turnkey agreement to KPMG. All these are part of the audit procedures to conduct the field audit. They even can engage KPMG UAE to check/sighting over the progress at site.. Simple right?
Most of the investors/potential investors are not comfortable with the remove of KPMG instead of getting the above more transparent.
