@Jacklimeu2 - (wrongly called "bonus shares" to give a wrong image) - you are giving the wrong image here. If share split, the Par value would have changed as well. This was a Bonus Issue. Please dont confuse the people. If you are not familiar with Market terms than dont propagate false information.

As far as I know, Share Buyback goes into company Treasury. Cannot sell on open market. Have to reissue at some point if want to sell

For all of those saying that BI has reduced the value of the stock, you are misleading everyone.

Your value has not changed whatsoever. if previously trading at e.g. RM18, after BI, stock is trading at RM6 but you have 3 TIMES the shares. So your value is still the same.
For those who do not understand, and think that Bonus Issue is the same as Stock Split there is a difference. When stock is split, the PAR value or face value of the stock also reduces. Thus if a stock at RM1 PAR value is split into 3, then the PAR value or face value is reduced to RM0.33. In this case, Bonus Issue means the PAR value stays at what is was previously.

Market value is what you pay for the share. The price has dropped to adjust to the number of shares that you have but your Total VALUE is still the same!!

I believe many newbies have been confused by this and thought that there bonus shares would be the same price and thus panicked and sold.
Please go and read up about how the market works or else you are putting everyone else at risk as well.

@Grace Cheong - the apps dont have the commission and stamp fees etc. So its not accurate. You need to create your own spreadsheet to track accurately.

I do not understand the mentality of certain people in this forum. Why are you so intent on criticising other people and calling them disparaging names? If you feel certain stocks are not sustainable and you choose to invest elsewhere then go and do that. Let those that have faith in these stocks do what they want. It is their money not yours. By making condescending remarks, it purely shows you are here to try and influence others for your own benefit. Your benefit alone. IF you have made so much money as you claim you have, then congratulations. There is no need to boast about it and neither is there a need to worry about other peoples choices and in the process call them names. It is not your money, it is theirs. Let them invest the way they want to. Your behaviour is rather callous and despicable in my view. Enough said.

all you need is RM10 Hasil Stamp. The DRS is giving you shares at RM4.04 so how much dividend you get will be translated into shares. Current market is 4.80 so you immediately make some money. But depends how many shares you have. If at least 100 then better to take DRS. In my opinion.

How do the warrants work? Exercise price is 20 sen in 5 years? Which means in 5 years can convert the warrant to shares at 20sen? So if mother share is RM1...then make 80sen profit??? sorry la, I quite blur blur
