The price cannot drop forever, unless it is a loss making (with continuity and eventual delisting concerns) or a fraud company, but this is a profitable and great developer which properties are much if not most loved by Malaysians. Though the dividend records in the recent past years are less encouraging due to uncontrollable Covid situations, coming years hope will be better. When the selling spree has finished, the share price will find its bottoms in time. Lets hope 80s will be the bottoms and breakout to Rm1.0 soon.

Eager to wait and see, whether there will be v- shaped or u-shaped rebound in share price, or it will continue to gradually slide until real bottoms. We have all the time on our side, but the players dont. That's our key advantage. Seems like the selling spree, continuously after three weeks, has finally come to an end (at least true for now) or losing momentum. Need to sacrifice a lot of cheap tickets to continually throw at this price 0.80. Not be too long, some savvy Investors will deep pockets, will just scoop out prices NEAR this level, a valuation most valuers would agree, overdone. Anyway, there is always risk in shares, only "play" with extra capital vs life depends on it capital.

Finally green today. Holding well 0.8. Such a mouth watering price. 0.8 is so much better compared to many who bought higher. Will be a pain to miss.

Quite unthinkable biggest shareholders PNB and Amanah would feel easy seeing share values wiped out more than 50% based on year high of 1.72. After 3 continuous trading weeks of sliding, it will have to bottom out somewhere. Where is the bottom is everybody's guess. Most would agree when the trend reverses, would be a strong one. Very much to do with the recent corporate exercise of shares redemption which may result in a lot of shares overhangs, thus expected diluted share price. Might be the actions of some disgruntled investors disposing shared to exit cashout or in protest. Those who kept or bought above 1.0 would see huge paperloss now. Entered around 0.80 or below obviously have advantage. Nothing is a guarantee especially in shares.

Critical turning point imminent...the fall, by good logics, is not sustainable...great for sweeping with this pricing, for three months, easy. Big boys institutions will not want to see capital erosions in their books at 1.20.

As Sg Wang Plaza has many different retail shops owned by individual owners, unified development and rental control of business types for each outlet is impossible. No clear segmentation. So, it has lost its shine and crowd attractions for a long time.

Unlike Pavillion, Lot 10 and Mid Valley which are owned and managed by single entity each, control of tenants and types of businesses are possible and effective. Hence better crowd pulling and retail successes.

Sg Wang is no longer an attraction for a long time and will remain so until uncertain time...

EPF already dumping continuously since Nov (read Bursa news announcements), if that is not obvious...

Why cling to this counter, many counters can provide attractive opportunities, especially those fundamentally strong counters which recently suffered needlessly from the Omicron scare and rebounds are at hands.

Now is best time to collect in Bursa. Omicron proved to be overblown.

Exactly after 3 months, rollercoaster in between, profits and losses in between, now back to 3.91 again! Really unpredictable (or is it really?) stock market.

Hold the bullets, when the Omicron over-reaction subsided, or after it has reached Malaysia and be contained, will then double down again.

With index sub 1500, cheap bargains are everywhere. SB is no longer a place to make, if you feel bored, here is the good place to read up good sharing except some too long winded.

In line with Covid recovery, we saw:

Haily broke out till 0.705, regained and exceeded IPO price of 0.67 on 14/10.

Aneka broke out till 0.29 nearing IPO price of 0.32 in last two trading sessions.

But we saw TJSetia, closed at 0.53 today, still trading at a hefty 24% discount from its IPO price of 0.70 since 19/5 (the counter was oversubscribed 42.1 times).

Will the prices continue to maintain or slide to below 0.53 and offers RARE opportunities for bargain hunting Or will we see a similar strong breakout in price and volume soon, in sync with other recent IPO construction counters?

This really is a cat & mouse game, the winner will be the one who can outwit, outrun and outwait the opponents (between punters, investors & manipulator).

This is also a zero sum game, at least true for short-term traders, one's wins are the exact opposite of other's losses.

The morale is, trade only with comfortable risk capital, and make sure you can outwit, outrun and outwait the others.

Haily already normalised the IPO price today after depressed and slided over 20% since IPO. Investors were answered and vindicated today.

TJSetia with 0.70 IPO price, slided to 0.50+ ever since, need to do justice for investors who have been holding paper loss for so long.

The current valuation of 20% below IPO price is really attractive, given the profitable business and recovery sector.

Let's hope we can see a similar price and volume breakout like Haily (14 over mil shares now) by touching IPO price of 0.70 or close to it at least...
