I’m not saying ekovest is worth 61c, I’m just giving the feel of the dilution, ofc it shouldn’t drop to 61c, if only share price were that easy to calculate, 61c is coming from if today ekovest is fully valued, this dilution will have this impact that’s all. Based on today market cap 2.124b, and share issued 2.655b, rcps issue around 800m share, 2.124b/(2.655+0.8) you get 0.61-0.62. Ofc I’m not saying market cap now is correct, but I’m just giving you an idea how this dilution will affect with today’s market cap.

Book value is 37m in the land deal compare to 1b asking price from IWH, maybe 37m is undervalued but 1b is definitely asking way too much,

Whatever assumptions you making on RTS and ECRL all are speculations and what we definitely know is as of 2018, book value of the lands are 37m. What my concern is that ekovest is buying overpriced land in expense of shareholders holding, and that expose the shareholders risk

Need to trade with caution. If land deal approve, with the market cap today, the fair price of ekovest is around 61c, only thing shareholders can hope is that LKH is decent enough to let shareholders taste the fruit of BM together and not become another Vincent Tan *cough**cough*

It doesn’t work like this Chris Wong. The deal is a fixed amount of preference shares at Rm1 premium. So price up price down it’s the same in terms of shareholdings. However I agree LKH won’t push yet at least until the deal pass, if not it’s an even worse deal than now. Now he is buying with Rm1 but price now is 0.83. He is paying premium, but if he push up price to above Rm1, you think investors will pass the deal if he buying at discount? Ultimately, the land is overvalued, so he needs to give explanation at the EGM for this deal later
