I first called Es ceramic people

All ceramic mold sold out

Then Hlt for Setting up glove Dipper

They said need 6 months

After that called Kssc because they claimed to supply to Topglove

I asked , " Can set up glove factory in one month if got factory building ready ?

They says ,"No way"

Even if they did their very best Top glove people will be very stressed up to complete new glove factory in 4 months time limit which is also quite impossible

Then I found out one glove machinery supplier

They said the same thing - it will take minimum 6 months to set up glove production lines even with ready factory

So I asked them, "If pay more money can do in one month"

They said no way

Building glove dipper line is like building a house

Not ready made but custom made

So I told them China people build hospital in just 10 days in wuhan

Again they say no way!

I say why cannot?

They said to import glove dipper machine itself takes one to two month from oversea

Oh I finally got the answer

Glove dipper liner and ceramic mold only made in Malaysia

After all the talking they said this

After putting me thru polymer, others and others finally I got thru Mr. Sim - person in charge of glove chemical for Luxchem

1st question he asked?
Are you new?

I said why?
He said all chemicals cornered by their usual Big Customers like Topglove Hartalega and others

So many new ones start calling but we Fully preSOLD all till mid 2021

Better check elsewhere see can get glove chemicals or not
