well we all know this company is loss making, however i buying on its upcoming mrt project play and short term construction play... i not going to hold until next quarter at May which is still very long... so pandai pandai la.. today close high at RM 0.09. Look like got operator want to maintain nice closing, and potential more coming. Congrats those who manage to buy at low after my analysis.

The contract, which was awarded to Minetech's wholly-owned subsidiary Minetech Construction Sdn Bhd, is for the construction and completion of underground excavation work and work strengthening works, including all temporary and ancillary works for Cochrane station. Hock Seng Lee Berhad has 75% equity in the Consortium. The scope of works for the Project includes construction and commissioning of the wastewater treatment plant, main, secondary and tertiary lines, property connections, provision of process plant and equipment, related building works, mechanical and electrical works.

The contract period for the completion and commissioning of the wastewater treatment plant and the sewer networks is seventy two (72) months. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of HSL Group as the Project progresses during the contract period. However, the transaction will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholdings of HSL.
