Company Profile
• A-Knight is involved primarily in the manufacturing of moulded plastic products through its wholly-owned subsidiary. Besides, after acquiring RGT, A-Knight managed to penetrate into air care, skin care and hygiene & cleaning products, serving international clients.

Trading Catalyst
• During August 2017, A-Knight planned to undertake a share capital reduction and bought a 60% stake in a plastic products producer, Rapid Growth Technology (RGT) for RM48m, together with a rights issue with warrants to raise about RM34.9m to part finance the purchase, to regularise its Practice Note 17 (PN17) status.
• The planned acquisition comes with a net profit guarantee of RM20m for two financial years ending FY2017 and FY2018.
• Since the acquisition of 60% in RGT, A-Knight has recorded two quarters of net profit, registering PATAMI of RM1.17m and RM1.27m in 4Q18 and 1Q19, respectively and it is a net cash company.

AirAsia X Bhd (AAX) said total passengers carried rose 12% to 1.55 million passengers in the fourth quarter of 2017 (4Q17) compared with 1.38 million passengers for the same quarter of 2016.

Simple Logic calculation :

1.55 million (2017 Q4) - 1.38 million ( 2016 Q4) = 0.17 million increase in passenger

0.17 million = 170,000 passenger increase
170,000 x RM 300 (just simply throw in one way ticket (super low rate) = RM 51,000,00.

RM 51 million potential increase in revenue (what if two way ticket easily more than than RM 100 million)

If you check from Kuala Lumpur To Busan in this year end 2018 price, return ticket at least cost RM 1000. (dint count those who buy flatbed cost RM 3k above)

So do the mathematical yourself and see how much potential of this passenger increase can boost earning !

Revenue high chance to hit new high at least 1.2 billion above yah !

Description KEJURUTERAAN ASASTERA BERHAD ("KAB" OR "THE COMPANY")
- Acceptance of two contracts amounting to RM23.8 million
The Board of Directors of KAB is pleased to announce that KAB had on 20 November 2017 and 21 November 2017 accepted Letters of Acceptance for two contracts (“LOAs”) respectively with a combined value of RM23.8 million.

Details of the contracts are as summarised below :-

1. Provision of electrical engineering services for Greenfield Residence

The first LOA, with the contract sum of RM9.8 million, was accepted from Sri Binaraya Sdn Bhd. The Company shall act as a nominated subcontractor for the complete supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the electrical system for Greenfield Residence, a three-tower apartment complex located in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. The delivery of KAB's services is expected to be completed by 30 April 2020.

2. Provision of electrical engineering and extra low voltage services for Cerrado (Phase 1)

The second LOA, with the contract sum of RM14.0 million, was accepted from Pembinaan Bintang Baru Sdn Bhd. The Company shall act as a nominated subcontractor for the provision of electrical engineering and extra low voltage services for Cerrado (Phase 1), a serviced residence that has two blocks of serviced apartments, five units of three-storey villas along with recreational and commercial facilities located in Sepang, Selangor. The delivery of KAB's services is expected to be completed by 10 February 2020.

The LOAs are expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of KAB for the duration of the respective contracts.

There are no foreseeable significant risks other than normal business and operational risk associated with the LOAs.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them, have any interest, direct or indirect, in the LOAs.
