Suma only upgrading or enhance performance of the oil well i.e to increased its reserved. Suma still hv contract with Caspi Oil on work done on this oil well. If the price of oil drop, suma still got the money because Suma is the only player on this Shelly field. HS must get Buzneft field as it was close to Shelly oil field where easy to mobilised the equipment thus less cost to operate and a step closer to be IOP.
