This 2024 year is a year to collect DIV. Not trading gain.. Our index is dying to stay just above 1600.

If coming QR giving another dividend, share will not stay at this level . Who are those selling after 7 cents announcement ? What is their intention or do they knew somethings ? Selling below 2.10 only make sense for those bought over a year ago or just a month low ago.

Chinese model vs Japanese model vs European model . They are all different categories , quality and consumer segment. Short term yes, mixture demands and competition, and production roll out , but it will no be long. Ask ourselves, if you can afford which make you will buy Chinese, Japanese or European model

We are not in position to commend its future prospect ..But hope they have plan ahead such as investment into EPMB . Car are like Smartphone. You need change and buy a new one when it get old. RM5000 to RM8000 smartphone (consumer willing to spend , every year , near model ) , Washing machine RM12000++ marketable.... Car business ? I think is sustainable if WELL MANAGED.
Not many counter giving high dividend over 8% , but again cannot commend if this will continue sustainable or not.

Thought listing can be done by Q4 2024, Can ride Trump effect . Sekarang probably Q1 2025. sudah sejuk la

Overall Malaysia Car sales drop? Bermaz not just selling Mazda. They sell Xpeng , Kia , and also pre-owned Madza , Kia ,Xpeng after sales services and spare parts too. They are selling Mazda in Philippine too , not just in Malaysia

That's what i mean , when it is RM1 , then it is no longer attractive to me, unless DIV payout ( increase ) which probably will ( if this is how market value it) (I do not know about others) . For now , low price is good at least for me
