Public will need 30 to 40k to install solar panel. Public so rich ? If rich , subsidy or not , who care, it could be just a small extra. Even an increase of RM150 a month. RM30K installation is like 15 to 20 years to breakeven . Solar panel need maintenance . Few times a years and Not free.
