At the moment, I have made quite tidy a sum as buffer for any downfall. I suggest you put a small amount on property shares. I expect some returns in 3 to 6 months' time (if you are positive on the economy).

First TP achieved. Next, 0.635. Insyallah, it can break this level. With business getting better and back to normal, a dividend of 4 to 6 sen is possible. It should be back to 2018 prices, ie RM1.10+-

@tksw. Of course, the rule is buy low sell high. What I meant was investors who bought in when Ptrans was below 20 sen. They still make a lot if they sell now.

Take it easy. No worries unless you are a contra player. There are many investors holding cheap stocks before consolidation. It's natural to take profit when things go south. If there is no equity gain, there is always dividend play. I am still adding Ptrans.

I have been living on the dividends given by companies for the last 25 years after my retirement. I don't even have to touch my principal. Trade or invest according to your abilities. Don't gamble or speculate. Genting has been generous. Only recently, I have increased my Genting portfolio to 100K units. Don't be greedy and you won't get burnt.

Difficult to go up without dividend play. Mkland needs to put a dividend policy in place.

It depends on how much you have invested in Genting. If you have all your eggs in one basket, it's better to cut loss some and diversify. Don't be too sentimental. The safest action is to follow what funds are buying or selling. There's money to be made from the market currently.
