BTW, all these are written in the membership application form. If they dont refund to you....sue them....bring them to Consumer Tribunal. See if you manage to bring Amway Malaysia to its knee or not....instant fame la....you get to write your name in the history book and be famous worldwide. Try it.

For those of you that dont know, you may even try their Water Treatment System....they call it espring....they actually have a lab test report detailing what it can filter out and how many % contaminant it filter out. The same espring is sold worldwide....i'm sure some people or some NGO somewhere tried to prove it wrong by doing their own lab test since espring had been around for more than 10 years. But none had been able to discredit Amway claim.

If any one can discredit their claim, they can sue Amway for misrepresentation and false claim....can sue for compensation from Amway. They have millions in their bank account (refer to their annual report) if you dont believe me.

That is how confident they are in the quality of their product.

Refer my previous comments, most of the people here are investor.....its their own money....the fact that they can still invest in stock market means they must have done some good decision...more than bad decision. Thats why can still survive. No one is right all the time and no one is wrong all the time. I do not believe any one of us here or even all of us combined will have the ability to manipulate the market for a main board counter. Investor are not stupid to panic sell or panic buy just because of some rumour or someone say its the right thing or timing to do it.

I'm investing for long term, AA is just one of the many counter i had money in. Overall, its not a bad counter and its still giving me good returns on my money. But then there are other good or better counters as well. I wont sailang into AA unless its at some stupidly low price that one just cant resist.

If any one have doubt in the refundable thing...try join membership and test it yourself. Its only less than RM100. If you got burn...its RM100...if not, then at least you live to testify that it is really refundable.

Amway had been around in M'sia for 40+ years....all these refundable, warranty, etc are all written...if they had ever go back on their words....they would have been sued over and over again right? Their MLM license would have been terminated long ago right? Remember, they are a public listed co....you think they can simply dance with fire and not comply with law or regulations for the past 40+ years?

Membership fee or joining fee of Amway is refundable in full in year 1 upon joining. After that you need to renew it and if you terminate after renewal, they will still refund an amount to you.

Joining fee is about RM100 and renewal fee is less than RM50 a year.

Unlike other MLM company that charge thousands for joining, Amway charge only small amount....thats a scam?

The pricing of products.....yes its a bit more expensive but 1 bottle of LOC....i use 1 year also cannot finish and it cost about RM30 per bottle (i think). Some of their other products, you actually need to mix it yourself with water to dillute it. Been using their product for years.

I am one of the member as well....my wife when we got married went to terminate her membership and got refunded an amount....it was more than her renewal fee.

As for their "top distributor"....any down line can overtake their up line/ sponsor. I am a sleeping member who only buy their product for private use. My own down line made it to Emerald and earn much more than i do....and this down line is 3 generation down from me.

For any pyramid scheme or ponzi scheme, once it get to a certain size, it will collapse under its own weight....it just cannot sustain but Amway had grow in size so big and strong.....it's almost impossible to collapse. The Balance Sheet of Amway is one of the most healthy, no loans, no HP, no OD and with massive amount of cash at bank. Cash is king in any business. I saw how the company grow from day 1 of listing till now. From the financial crisis in 97....it grow and grow.

They buy and construct their current HQ in PJ all by CASH...no external funding from any banks and didnt raise any funds from share issue either.

Yes, there may be some "not so good" year....thats normal for any business....but even in those years, they still make profit and pay good dividend.

I've collected 0.12+0.12+0.40+0.90 = RM1.54 jor....average price bought at RM2.50. Price is at RM1.84 now.....so where got loss money? Looking forward to another round of dividend. If i sell all now, i still profit.

AA Board of Directors need to approve the accounts for submission to Bursa before its made public....i think they have not even get a copy of the accounts yet for Q2.

historically, they had been paying interim dividend, unless the company is going down the drain, they should be keeping up the same dividend policy. If not, it would be projecting a bad image to the public. I think interim dividend is surely coming, just dont know the amount and payout date.
