Revenue increased significantly by RM98.0 million or more than 100% in the current financial quarter ended 31 March 2022 (“Q42022”) as compared to the corresponding quarter ended 31 March 2021 (“Q5 2021”) mainly due to:-

(a) additional source of revenue from construction business segments amounting to RM90.8 million; (Note: As an evidence that the construction work is a new main source of revenue for Kanger).

Answer: All the big losses in the latest quarter reports related to problems caused by pandemic and the disposal activities of the PRC subsidiaries. Its involved big "other operating expenses".

Answer: Not so sure about this. Can not confirm based on the QR reports. But I think more than 70% probability that the subsdidiaries sold should included the assets and liabilities of the companies.

3. Means kanger moves the business back to Malaysia? Pls share
Answer: 100% agree. All the revenue recorded from businesses in Malaysia (construction works, sales of construction materials and a little bit sales of healthcare goods).

The GN3 Relief Measures will be available to the listed issuer if it triggers any one of the following criteria under GN3 of the ACE LR ("Suspended Criteria"):-

Upon the expiry of the 18 months from the GN3 Relief Announcement on 23 April 2022, the Company has re-assessed its GN3 condition based on the Audited Financial Statement for the Financial Year Ended 31 July 2021 as circulated on 28 December 2021 and unaudited first quarter results ended 31 January 2022 as announced on 31 March 2022.



Based on the re-assessment, the Board of Directors of Nexgram wish to announce that the Company no longer trigger any of the GN3 Criteria and hence no longer requires the GN3 Relief with immediate effect.

If in RM terms, 0.05 is 5 sen. 0.005 is 0.5 sen.
For example:
RM1.00 is 100 sen
1.00 or RM1.00 is 100 sen
0.50 or RM0.50 is 50 sen
