1. Jenama vaksin Sinopharm yang hendak didaftarkan oleh Kanger (jenama Hayat-Vax) lain dengan jenama vaksin yang akan diedarkan oleh Dpharma (jenama Covilo).

2. Kanger telah dilantik sebagai wakil pendaftaran untuk produk itu bagi dikemukakan kepada NPRA. Contohnya, Janssen oleh JJ yang dikeluarkan JJ di Belgium didaftarkan atas nama Johnson & Johnson Sdn. Bhd, satu wakil syarikat JJ di Malaysia.

3. Berdasarkan laporan, Kanger telah membuat permohonan kepada NPRA sebagai "product registration holder" yang dilantik oleh pengeluar iaitu G42 dari UAE.

4. Dikatakan Hayat vaksin ialah keluaran kerjasama antara pengeluar Sinopharm dan G42 di UAE.

Earlier this year, Sinopharm entered into a joint venture with UAE-based G42 to produce the Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccines in the country under the Hayat-Vax brand.

The made-in-UAE vaccine was the first Covid-19 vaccine to be produced in the Arab world.

"The Hayat-Vax vaccine is essentially the same Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine, manufactured in the UAE. Hence, we are confident that it will be well-received and accepted by the Malaysian people as an effective vaccine towards the global fight against the Covid-19 pandemic," said Kuah.

Kanger has also been authorised by G42 to be the product registration holder and distributor of the Hayat-Vax vaccine in Malaysia.

On behalf of G42 Medications, Kanger said it had submitted applications to obtain the required approvals from the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency for the Hayat-Vax vaccine to be used in Malaysia.

In a separate statement today, Kuah said the synergies that Kanger will be able to leverage from the acquisition of the Sung Master stake will benefit Kanger on multiple fronts, especially with regards to supporting Kanger's property and construction business segments.

He said the acquisition enables Kanger to widen its product offerings from the existing business of manufacturing and trading of bamboo flooring to also include other building materials such as timber flooring, tiles, bulk cement and concrete.

"At present, the group (Kanger) is working on construction projects which have an orderbook of approximately RM1 billion,” Kanger said.

Based on Duopharma report, I can't see any stated schedule for the vaccine supply but in Kanger's side we can see the scheduled vaccine supply was already stated.

I'm wondering, if its true that Kanger's has signed the vaccine distributorship before with the Sinopharm Group Hunan Changde, how come the Sinopharm Group simply left the said distributorship agent and directly distribute the vaccine to other party?
Is it ethical for the Sinopharm Group to act like that?????

What is the date of the announcement, and what is the reason for the said situation happened?

The company no more triggered of any GN3 prescribed criteria on FY 2020 until now.
The reason why Nexgram has been triggered of the GN3 prrescribed criteria was because at FY2019, the company's shareholder equity on consolidated basis of its shares excluding treasury shares is at below 40%.

Now, as at 3QR 2021, the company's shareholder equity on consolidated basis of its shares excluding treasury shares is at 56.47 %. It's more than 50%, therefore no more risk for the company to be listed as a GN3 listed issuer.

Furthermore, as I said the company's FA should be better in near future because:

The incoming 4QR 2021 will be better. The capital reduction will be rationalized in the company's accounts. The accumulated losses will change to small retained profit. The cash collected from the ICPS conversion. The revenues expected to increase.

1. Healthcare continues to progress well, with government project SafeTravelPass COVID-19 entry-registration, payment and management of Quarantine-Station and government services contributing positively in current financial year.

My personal comment:
It’s a POSITIVE NOTE, as the company recognized there is a contribution from TracAPM – SafeTravelPass in the current financial year. The system are in a business and generating revenue to Nexgram, instead of Malaysia is currently closing her borders.


2. COVID-19 tests partnership with government is looking at positive return in coming quarter after much capital investment in last two (2) quarters, in view of taking part of mass screening assignment engaged with government health facilities.

My personal comment:
It’s a POSITIVE NOTE, as the company recognized that in the last two quarters, the cost from a big capital investment has pressured the profitability of the company quarters, but the company expected more positively on its profitability in incoming quarter, thanks to Nexgram’s involvement in the mass screening of Covid-19 assignment engaged with the government health facilities.


3. Government project capital investment continue to weight on current quarter which is normal for concession early investment.

My personal comment:
It’s a NEGATIVE NOTE for short term, as the company recognized that the big capital investment done on the secured government project gave more cost to the company and affected the profitability in the last quarter.

4. The Group other healthcare segment is expanding on capacity resulted in further cost. The healthcare segment had experienced lower margin and recent success in contracts shall expect to contribute to bottom line in coming quarter.

My personal comment:
It’s a NEGATIVE NOTE, as the company recognized further cost will be occurred cause by further expanding in its healthcare business. In addition, will the added cost and the current lower margin of healthcare business will give more pressure on the company’s profitability in near future?

On the POSITIVE SIDE, the company has successfully secured the contracts in healthcare business and its expected to contribute positively in 4QR 2021.
