Prospects of Techfast

Techfast is principally involved in three main areas, (i) manufacturing and distribution
of high precision fasteners, (ii) mould cleaning and conditioning compound and (iii)

Techfast had also recently undertaken a diversification and acquisition exercise.
Techfast intends to expand its business through exciting sector in the semi-conductor

The product registration holder will be given to Zuellig Pharma Sdn Bhd as there was an MOU for Kanger to collaborate with ZP to facilitate the import, warehousing, and distribution of Covid-19 vaccines in Malaysia.

Sinopharm will export/ship the Covid-19 vaccines to Malaysia. Services required from ZP are

From my simple analysis regarding Kanger's current FA, the risks for Kanger is still low in terms of going concern factor, solvency and liquidity. The current problem is about profitability, but I think the newly acquired businesses can give more security for the profitability of the company in medium and long term.

Answer: The TracAPM digital system is on-going system development for Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia (APM) involving APM overall operation digitalisation. There is no expiry date for on-going system utility as far as APM operation is required for national civil defence.

Asnswer: The TracAPM Quarantine Process Management System (QPMS) is required by APM including post pandemic as far as there is requirement for quarantine for APM operation. The system is used by APM as far as there is current or future needs.
