The total share capital of the company will be reduced (because of to offset the acumulated losses) and the total share capital owned by share holder after consolidation will be reduced also. Simple, just look at Vivocom.

If the company consolidate their share without doing capital reduction exercises (parts of their capital reduced),the exercises will give more goods than bad for the small share holders.

This company in the long run will consolidate their shares. When, I don't know.

@justin1njb. Financially this company is stable. Also has a viable projects/businesses.

For example before I buy a small quantity of the shares for the first time after the last share spike, I looked at their balance sheet and studied some information about it. After I bought it, the share price keep falling, therefore I studied more to find the reason why that happens.

My conclusion is, two main reasons why that happen is because of the management objectives about the state of their company share price and because of a series of ESOS and PP. The ESOS and PP exercises keep continuing for so many years.
