The owner may be is good educationist but he is definitely a lousy businessman. Education is supposed to be a lucrative business, Dr.Palan has the capability to set up the business but does not has the ability to make it profitable, by right, if it is manage well , the business should be a business that can help contribute in building up the national interest as well as taking care of company share holder interest.

The only way out is selling the major stakes of the business to international conglomerate who are savvy in education business plan and strategy, while Dr.Palan would just need to focus on what he in good at that is the day to day educational business stuff.

Looking at the QR result trend, If the situation persist , she might get delisted sometime soon .......

Base on Aug 27th '20 announcement, it appears to me that the top management is taking a very positive move. The partnership with Creator was once failed, I hope, as a great scholar , Dr. Palan can actually lower down his ego, sincerely work with the Chinese to make this MOU into reality for the sake of the benefit of the vast minority shareholders and also to uplift Malaysia international images in standard of " education ".

I believe when the dust get settled and foreign investors are backed ,this counter is gonna be the darling of fund managers, however, must be provided that loan fund is being managed properly for the intended projects.

This must be for a big project deployment like the 5G technology & beyond, corporate has to spend money for projects to keep up with technologies to secure future earning. If she get loan at the lowest ever rate and invest into technology development & future trending, it cannot be wrong, at the same time, you need to have the patience and be a long term investor to see your money grows I will follow EPF foot step, she has been on buying spree.... ; )

I have not been travelling for quite sometime, as with the restriction, I would guess that the shops lots business at the airport must be worst than AEON shopping mall shop lots, so collecting rental fees from shop lots would be a problem. I am just guessing the rental that the airport is getting from the airlines as most plane are grounded.

Looks like some major stakeholders are slowly selling down, if not for EPF's consistent buying, the price would have been below RM3.0. Let's see how low can it goes.

I have been wondering how & why AAX was able to sustain & trade at 7~10 sen even after AA recent Q1 report, I believe a lot of retailers already exited AAX after noticing the dismal Q1 performance of AirAsia and those holding the stock now are major super league investors and I believe those folks are able to uphold the stock price way beyond the 0.0 TP. Let's see what happen come next Monday.
