Dalam satu kenyataan hari ini, Sapura Energy berkata skop kerja itu termasuk kejuruteraan, pemerolehan, fabrikasi, pengangkutan, pembinaan, pemasangan, pengujian dan pengoperasian semua kemudahan luar pesisir, beberapa platform platform fasiliti telaga mini sepanjang 189 kilometer dan saluran paip, dijangka siap dalam tempoh 30 bulan.

Presiden dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Sapura Energy, Tan Sri Shahril Shamsuddin berkata syarikat itu komited untuk menyiapkan projek itu dengan keupayaan teknikalnya dalam kejuruteraan dan pembinaan luar pesisir.

"Keutamaan kami adalah untuk menyokong ADNOC untuk mempertingkatkan nilai daripada aset mereka.

"Projek ini juga membolehkan syarikat memanfaatkan kejuruteraan, pemerolehan, pembinaan, pemasangan dan membawa pengetahuan dan keupayaan untuk meneroka lebih banyak peluang di Asia Barat, sebagai sebahagian daripada strategi pertumbuhan jangka panjang kami," katanya.

Projek Pembangunan Gas Dalma merupakan bahagian penting daripada konsesi gas ultra-sour Ghasha yang menjadi objektif strategik ADNOC untuk membolehkan sara diri tenaga untuk Emiriah Arab Bersatu (UAE).
