... yield is only useful if price stay 5.20 after 1 year.,... last QR dividend was 165rm....ex price was 6.73.....u got 165rm but lost 6.73-5.20= 1530...dividend is deducted from price when ex....... choose any dividend n after 1 year u still lose money..
