Result for kl hotel , office and Jen hotel not as good . Cannot compare with 2018 2019 margin .
Plenty of new.hotel as competitor . Growth limited . Everything have a fair price . We only look at a fair price and won't see too far . Unless owner take the business private and resist as a hospitality reit to benefit from the tax . Otherwise Shang is like a locomotive but will keep going
