What are the risk leh ??

1. Vietnam govt may play out the chinese contractors claiming poor workmanship & taking over the project for free loh...!!

2. The china party may playout jaks loh...!! Claiming cost escalation thus forcing Jaks to contribute very very substantial more capital mah....!! Don forget jaks construction & legal track record not that good, u can see the current Star contract dispute to have an assessment.

3. U construct the project in USD but the project income come from Dong...it may depreciate 50% when project complete loh..!!

4. Just like msia govt who do not honor HSR, ECRL, sabah gas pipeline, mrt, lrt contracts, the vietnam govt may not honor the contract citing unfair contracts like msian govt and demand a review on tariff set loh....!!

5. They may be teething problem on the coal plant, take for example tanjung bin 4-5 yrs teething problem and legal dispute and the co lose monies and big impairment loh...!!

6. Even mudajaya power plant in india also got problem, not that easy as say loh...!! Why be soochai to be so excited when the chicken cannot even hatch leh ?? Furthermore KYY already lari kuat kuat mah...!!

O, I heard crystal balls are selling at 95% discount at Mid Valley this week, no wonder here become kopitiam already.

Rapid KL management is mostly changed entirely after the GE14, all projects talks from Rapid KL are halted, according to my source closed to RapidKL.

Just apply the same concept to all other Government Departments/Agencies/Companies. Can AWC continue to get government projects based on open tender basis? You guess it.

Unless AWC can speed up/grow its other divisions to off set the future falling of its government projects, or else, its revenue & profits will be at its best as what it was for past 2 years.

It means, future potential = doubt.

That's my 2 cent opinion, and I stay away from all government-related business companies, not worth to argue & won't reply.

For Guan Eng, I have not seen any good from him yet as finance minister, the only thing is talk very loud, but not much performance too, until now.

Not only that, he wasn't good when he was education minister.

Overall, typical polictian with big ambition & tough mentality, but performance in government posts SO SO only.

Even before GE14, he was very bad too in arranging kajang by-election, making huge efforts but get Zero reward, worse still, masuk jail.
