No one is right or wrong in the share market! It is all up to our own selves to decide whether to keep or to cut loss on each stock (when it turned ugly). I know it is very hard for seetosea to accept the fact that he has lost so much of his money this year due to unforeseen market. I have also been in the same shoes with him and everyone else who have lost our money to the market. I shared his grief, anger and frustration too.

Sifu Michael is a human and humans may make mistakes. Because we are humans, we are not perfect. He is able to recommend stocks to us but at the same time, we too must do our part. That is, to check and monitor our stock daily, weekly and monthly, as long as we still hold that stock. And as he has said earlier, we have to throw (sell) it if we sensed that something is amiss or wrong with it. This is why, we cut loss on it.

Lots of people do not place too much attention to "cutting loss" when in actual fact, this is the most important thing of all. As the market is so unpredictable, cut loss comes into the picture! I am very sure that most people would know the difference between cut loss and paper loss. So, in short, if you were to ask me, I am following the rule of "cutting loss" instead of "paper loss". Please ask yourself first, why do you invest in the market in the first place? Do you realize that actually all you want is to make a little profit? If this is so, please stay FOCUS on protecting your capital (money)! Buying into whatever stock is not hard. But to choose between paper loss and cut loss is! Your decision, your choice!

One more point to note is that (a wise investor once said) if you have too much stocks in paper loss, your emotions may one day control your wise judgement!

No~lah, I am not going to buy CTOS at all, cos I saw that its NOSH is way too high. I have already got trapped a few times buying such high NOSH stocks last year and in the end, making me CL on all those stocks, liao. I still prefer to buy stocks given by you rather than chasing high on the current hot stuffs! Yes, indeed there are way too many other good stocks around which we can choose from!

Wow, in 12 hours' more time, it will be CTOS new day of listing! I bet lots of eyes would be on this new stock! Cos they are expecting something happening like Mr. DIY (limit up, limit up). 2.2 billion isn't a small figure while market cap is also 2.4 billion... So so dangerous to play in such high market cap and shares! Let's see how it goes on the first day of its listing!

LB Aluminium has announced on Tuesday that it would be giving out bonus shares and dividend. The BI would be completed before 3rd quarter of this year. Does it mean that it would be going up any time soon from now till Sep?

Should I hold it till after BI or before BI? What do you think? Is the TP for this stock RM2.00?

Thank you very much for your advice, Sifu Michael! Yes, I have never heard of this type of ICULS before and of course do not know what it is, at all. I thought ICULS will dilute the share price, this is why I am very scared to encounter such occasion. Will the price go down after the company has given out the ICULS to me? Just like in the case of Tawin (from 40 cents down to 15 cents).

Anyway, I will let them announce the price first before deciding on the next step. What is the TP for Scanwolf, Sifu Michael?

Sifu Michael, there is a rights issue offer together with free warrants announced by Scanwolf today. It is a irenounceable rights issue with unsecured loan stock (shortcut - ICULS). Is it a must to buy it? Or better, stay away if I do not wish to buy the rights issue. I have not met such matter before. What is your opinion?

Aiyoh, don't be jealous like a woman~lah, seetosea! Everyone has their chances when the stocks rise up. Most of the times, I also buy at the top price when Sifu Michael recommends to us, mah? But as long as it still has not yet boom, no price is considered high. Please always remember that your time will come eventually and no one can get jealous when it is your turn, ok! There is an investor who once said, nobody can buy at the very bottom of a particular stock forever.

So, "patience" is the virtue of good investing! Always remember this!

Haiz, you are absolutely right, Sifu Michael! There may be some investors losing 30% - 40% money around this time, due to our volatile market this year. And I am one of them, losing 30% of my capital until now. Feeling the same frustration as seetosea! Must not let my emotions override the judgement, otherwise no one can survive long in our unpredictable market!

Nope, I am on my own, until I found a good samaritan like you who cares enough to help and guide the helpless and loss-making investors. Like me, as well!

And yes, you are absolutely right that Mabel invests on cheap stocks. Whenever I saw a stock becoming cheaper than its value, I would realize that she would definitely appear and buys it. I find it to be quite dangerous too, since she has to take extra careful in those stock. Nobody would know if that particular stock would become PN17 or not (or whatever), later on. Like now, her interest is in Serba Dinamik stock, lately.

Anyway, her quote is good for us new learners to absorb and I am happy to share it with the rest of the investors here!

I)Need to cut loss once it pass 10 percent(Usually 12-15 percents)

For the people;
I)For the people who copy without asking there are in big trouble
II)At least 85 percents do not follow the cut loss order once passing the 10 percent rule
III)This not paid advising,only partly help.
IV)Expect people losing at least 30 percent since early Mei 2021.
V)Its no fun to use to much software and AI to pick stock.
