My opinion, DKSH business model is not similar to PMCorp. They are pro-marketers with strong extensive network globally.

PmCorp is a fledgling and its share price is reflective of their stature.

Another good company to compare with PMCorp is Beryls Chocolate.

Star is ongoing case.. uncertain who wins.

LSS4 bad start.. Aug- Sept - QR only shows Revenue 3.3M.. Is this within expected revenue. Loss is 1.4M.

LSS4 is fully funded by bank loans. 250M over 16.5 years (Mix of term, capital financing loans with different tenure and interest rates). Assuming 6%-7% conventional and islamic rate.. repayment is around RM1.5 - 2.0 Million per month. So far , so bad.. Revenue cant even pay loan

Cashflow position has deteriorated.

New project will be fully funded by RI/PP.. NOSH will continue balloon up.

Maybe Bursa will spoil the "QR speech" party
