Last quarter result was announced on 24 August, so considered as delayed or not ya? But the result was pretty so-so only. What's your take on this?

What is the problem of releasing quarter result late has to do with a bad performance? And is the result really delayed beyond the allowable timeframe?

Why people always assume result will be released on the same day every year?

@aceso, hi, i had sold off my aax toward the end of last year and moved to other counter since. Occasionally will drop by to have a look for a reinvestment opportunity but seems that aax is stuck in its mediocre financial performance since a year ago. They are definitely doing well in operation and would not fall into a financial crisis like previous years but i don’t expect them to deliver outstanding financial results too for this 2 years either. Aax tend to be bound by too many external factors that just can’t turn out to be one way favourable

Macquarie has sped up the process of subscription of late. Could it be something brewing that they are racing against time to complete 500m shares subscription at current low price before the impending release of sep 17 results? Good food for thought

To be precise, subscription of additional 1.5m shares will do to trigger 5%. Let's wait and watch the show together.

prince4, as you mentioned that Macquarie wouldn't be announced as substantial shareholder of NETX as they keep on disposing their subscription shares in the open market, truth would be told soon.

It is because total subscription by Macquarie as at today is 73,000,000 units of shares and the total listed shares of NETX is currently at 1,486,606,066 units of shares. Macquarie's current shareholding (assuming no disposal in open market thus far) is 4.91%, just short of 0.09% to trigger a disclosure by NETX regarding the emergence of Macquarie as the new substantial shareholder.

In order to trigger the threshold of 5% for disclosure of new substantial shareholding, it would require additional subscription of around 2,000,000 units of shares (75,000,000 / 1,488,606,066 = 5.04%).

So when Macquarie further subscribe for at least about 2,000,000 units of shares in the near future, all of us here including you, prince4, will have the answer once and for all ! Meanwhile, you can sit back and relax. We will know that time who is talking ****

When one buys penny stocks especially those below 10 cents, 100% return is the minimum threshold, not a possible dream. It either doesn't move. If it moves, it shall fly.

i doubt it will fly away today.. more practical for next week if there is any real show.. most probably will only accumulate 0.06 for the next few days.. it will need to break 0.065 conclusively to fly real high
