My personal opinion for gloves company:
Although glove valuation and divident now is very attravtive and fundamentally still very strong. However a shares usually reflecting a company future in 6 months to 1 year time.
what we can understand from supermx latest QR is the glove ASP is dropping and the prepayment is lesser now.
If i would buyback gloves counter now, i would only dare for short trade. I wouldnt dare to invest, reasons as below:
1. ASP dropping
2. more competitors now (either locally or from overseas)
3. all existing gloves company doing capex aggresively which will eventually lead to price war and the weaker/smaller one wouldnt not survive
4. cases in US and european countries are dropping (they are the largest gloves consumer), although india has a tsunami of new covid19 cases lately, but the health awareness in India is poor and hardly anyone will use gloves apart from frontliner
So my humble advise is to offload some of ur holding if there is any chance
