（武汉30日讯）中国工程院院士、天津中医药大学校长张伯礼近日表示，全球第二波疫情已经到来，严重程度超过第1波，而病毒已产生变异，毒性减弱但传染性增强，导致无症状感染者越来越多，为防控带来较大压力。
综合报导，在抗疫期间表现获中国官方授予“人民英雄”国家荣誉称号的张伯礼，周一走访武汉市中医医院等多家医院，探望新冠肺炎康复患者，跟进科研项目。他表示，秋冬防疫不可松懈，需充分认识到新冠肺炎疫情的复杂性。

他说，中国应对疫情掌握了很多经验，不会再出现像武汉这样大规模爆发的疫情，但个别地区小规模爆发，以及散点、多地爆发的情况很可能会出现，虽然以多点散发为主，但需警惕新冠肺炎与流感的叠加风险。
他表示，目前应注意两个问题，一是因应秋冬季可能出现的小规模疫情反弹，做好人力、物资及组织协调各方面充分准备；二是要重视做好已康复患者的追踪管理。
