@lukesharewalker, just wonder based on what factor make you think that JAKS will provision 50 million in 2Q result?

based on the announcement, jasks has iterated that they will not pay the 50 million, so why should they provision 50 million? beside that they only own 60% of that development, they only liable 30 million only, why provision 50 million?

im not sure whether the coming q result green or red, but i don't think they will factor in 50 million liability

KYY increase the disposal volume per day but price change little, more than half of the transaction per day for last 5 days are belong to KYY....i guess someone is bailing out him by pushing price during pre-closing.

the price direction is all depend on one investor KYY, he started selling in market since 20-july, it has cause the share price drop 20%.

but KYY stop sell 3 days, price went up 10% in 3 days only!!

this mean once he stop selling, the price will go up tremendously.

@100001753743000, never follow KYY stock hence not sure about his track record. but do agreed that it is interesting to witness how KYY handle this crisis (i assume it is crisis for KYY). He just bought too much on this counter, based on the announcement, he and wife have left 14% and 8% share respectively. so very soon they will invisible from the public i guess in next 2 weeks, eventually their influence will fading.

once the cloud is clear, i just hope the coming good news (my wish) falling star VC and good Q result could lift up the price to the deserve value.

would KYY explain why are him keep selling? it is obvious that last week share sold is not result from force selling. Hope he will explain his motive soon, what he did may break the law...advice other to buy on 4-Aug but keep selling since then. He even use his new position to boots his influence in a public and reputable forum, im not lawyer but i think he might break the law and the evidence is there.

if the warrant issue price is cheap, the bigger shareholder is the main beneficiaries, provided you have holding power and cash to subscribe the warrant la.

of course this is assuming the IPP implemented as plan and close the development division successfully, price should be 1.50-1.80 by next year, so the warrant will worth around ...calculate yourself la..

for short term, forget about this stock la, no hope

but at this price, if they really issue the warrant as planned, then the final price will be super cheap. for them to the get the desired fund, warrant price will still remain at least 25 cent, but after the price tumble and to ensure the price is attractive for subscribers, they need to lower the exercise price which i guess would be around 0.6 cent.....haha, super cheap

KYY may stop selling for few days, then after that might reinstate the selling again...i guess guess only....

JAKs pipe manufacturing has been temporary cease operation since 2015.....and sold all the land to fund the IPP, either win or die situation, under this consequences the Ang so act wisely work together with KYY.

KYY share was force sold result from margin call, definitely making lose few million and still counting, KYY should act wisely work with Ang

the question would be whether KYY will public another article to justify his disposal...more drama

the kind of right issue, even you didn't subscribe won't lose anything in the next 1.5 year until the exercise restriction is expired.

@optimusprimeXV, it is not allow to exercise withing 2 years, and they price of right issue is in discount when they announce, where market price was 1.50 and the right issue is only 1.25....this probably is the main reason they held back the right issue submission and hope the price will go up after the good quarter result, so i estimate the result will announce earlier in mid of the month to boost up the price.

they need to price the right issue below the market price at least 20% above to attract investor subscribe, else the subscription would below 30%.

non of the investor should subscribe this right issue no matter how cheap it are, cause it will dilute the mother share price badly max 50% after over 2 years exercise restriction.

Check back the article of KYY as link below, it is quite true, he had warn people upfront that he got force selling and inform other the opportunity, he knows that the huge sum amount of shares force sold by broker would cause the share price tumble, the amount is just too huge to be digested by the market, and due to this, it create a opportunity for who are ready to go in with lower price. whoever believe in the company will definitely accumulate when it fall below RM1.15 because the price dropped is not due to fundamental, now probably some of them have gain at least 5%-10% and still counting....
