Kanger China is a JV with local government of Jingzhou, Hunan Province, China.
They sign vaccine agreement with Sinopharm Hunan.
GLC sign with GLC in same province....what's the problem?

30m does also want to sign with Beijing office? They produce billion doses for world market la. Of course, delegate sale handling to those already with established connections, in this case to Hunan.

@CJB I think in simple terms, private sector means Non-Governmental ie private hospitals/ clinics/ etc. Government Hospitals are Public sectors. This letter is only for private sector.
Not sure who will be procuring for Public sectors, I suppose likely would be arranged on a G to G basis.

When Government announced the cost of vaccines are claimable for income tax in the Budget, it is already known private vaccines are encouraged.

New or old Government does not change the requirement of vaccine or the vaccine manufacturer and test results. Simply cos Covid19 is bigger than the Government ( eg Trump).

The real deal today is vaccine. The longer deal is flooring. So don't be confused vaccine can be replaced by flooring. Vaccine is a "Shining Star" business opportunity Flooring is "Cash Cow" core business. Vaccine is in Malaysia. Flooring is in China. Don't mix up.

And Malaysia has FTA with China. That means if it is imported into Malaysia, it is tax free, you don't pay import duties. And together with RECP, exports will grow very high.
