From the past few weeks there is support around 1.12 level. Hard to say if 1.20 is cheap but if you can get a substantial volume between 1.12 to 1.20 then yes. Observed that very little sellers so hard to accumulate without moving the price up 0.12-0.16 at least.

Only small marginal oil fields available for such SPC's. These are not viable for the bigger oil players whom go for proven reserves or perform deep sea drilling. The key is the technology used to not only predict the size of the reserves but also drilling, platform and storage/filling capability.
Some fields still have oil and it nearing the end of their concession period, these could be sold at relatively a lower cost as the yield in the coming years are unknown. A gamble yes, but no doubt if you play on the fact a QA has been identified and there are some numbers to prove reserves....surely upside...
