PunTatBerSiul / DickMe,

Inflation has set in already. Doubt if CPO price will reach 2000 level again.

Nutella did a shrinkflation on their products. Shrink bottle size from 400g to 350g, for the same price.

CPO going down below RM2000 in not so far future.
Come back here to read it again when it hits BELOW RM2000."

Investformilkmoney,

Yes. Indonesia exports 4+ million tons to India and about 5 million tons to China annually.

Don't know why See_Research is using Tesco Malaysia as the retailing outlets for 1 million tons of Indonesian edible oil.

Probably one of his twisted logics. In April last year, he promoted Alcom aggressively and suggested that it will reach it's old high of 2.32 when the price then was 1.15. Now it's at 0.79.

And in Jan of this year, See_Research was promoting KGB when it was at 1.70+. Now it's at 1.15.

Now, I will just skip his comments.

Posted by Investformilkmoney > 2 hours ago | Report Abuse

See Research, 1mil ton from Indonesia is export to other countries, not to Malaysia only. Why will Tesco/Lotus use the 1mil ton anyway? Indonesia exports is to India, should talk about India market instead.

Raymond,

Clearly CPO prices above RM6,000 will not be sustainable.

Even at the 4,000+ level, palm oil companies will make good money.

TSH's May 2022 production of 73,929 MT strongly indicates that Q2 will be better than Q1.

Chon888,

Hmmm... by looking at the insider accumulations in Boustead Holdings, there may be happenings in BPlant.

Posted by Chon888 > 48 minutes ago | Report Abuse

wallstreetrookie,

In an interview with the Edge by Lee, the director of IOI about 2 years ago, IOI did have the intention to acquire plantation assets but must be a totally Malaysian based company.

So that is why very unlikely IOI will acquire TSH which has most of its plantations in Indonesia.

Stock

2022-06-19 15:17 | Report Abuse

wallstreetrookie,

I'd agree with you that IOI might be interested for the reasons that TSH has:
- ROS that is double that of IOI
- debts that are being paid down very fast and will soon be cash rich
- land bank in Kalimantan that is worth a lot more than book value

However, I do not understand on why the need to wait for the price to fall below Rm1.00. An acquirer will make an offer of say 2.0-2.50. The prevailing price does not matter unless it's very close to the offer price.

In addition, TSH was trading at RM1.00 when palm oil price was between 2000+ and 3000+ during the pandemic. Do you think palm oil prices will drop below 3,000?

Posted by wallstreetrookie > 2 hours ago

I bet IOI management is salivating over TSH. Calling their lawyers to wait until TSH drops below RM1.00 so that they can get a sweel deal at RM1.00 billion.
The lawyers and bankers are ready. All they need is for TSH to drop

JJPTR,

The land sale was first announced in Dec 2021. Market reaction was neutral.

I'm inclined to believe that the sale is legitimate for the reasons the land is a lot more valuable for the intended, converted, usage:

- The buyers include names like Garibaldi Thohir (Adaro is one of the biggest coal exporter in the world) and Justarina S.M. Naiborhu ( http://tobabara.samdigi.com/ )

- Coal prices have increased from around USD60/T in 2020 to USD390/T today

- both subject properties are at the coast

TSH..use $712m land sales as propaganda non-stop
After selling of the bulk of their holding, the syndicate may just terminate the land S&P, citing failure to get approval for land, one of the conditions.
The buyer will get thier 40m deposit back.
The TSH syndicate get what? They get benefit from the land sale theme to dump their shair which they accumulate long time ago.

Calvin,

I do not think the debt level will impact the decision to sell spot or forward. United Plantations lost RM182.089M in futures contracts although the company does not have any debt. However, they have a note in the financial report to assuage investors.

United Plantations Q1 2022 note
"The high hedging loss was because of the significant increase in CPO prices since entering into the earlier BMD commodity futures sales. Upon buying back of the earlier entered BMD commodity futures sales there are immediate losses, however, these hedging losses had been and will continue to be reversed in the coming quarters through significantly higher contributions upon delivery of finished goods based on earlier purchased CPO at lower prices as part of the raw material hedge."

Posted by calvintaneng > 19 hours ago

There is a forward sale at lower prices due to its debt commitment

after debt pared down by assets sale Tsh will be debt free like innoplant of which it owns 21.95%

innoplant no need forward sale as it is debt free so it sells spots for highest price

as for Rm53 millions profit from Sabah land disposal it is only in part for May 2022 results

total sum was only collected in May 2022 and the rest of the profit about 3.9 sen will be reported by Aug 2022 results

P/E now a very low of 4.5 which is undemanding

TSH's share price started to slide from 25th May, just after the announcement of Q1 2022 results.

While the average CPO selling prices increased by 58.9%, revenue increased by lower rate of 38.21% due to a 13.25% decline in production.

Operating profit was expected to be doubled compared to the same period last year.

However, operating profit increased by only 11.31%.

If not for a RM26.5M loss in futures contracts, operating profit would have been RM91.363M (64.863+26.5)

RM26.5M is a lot of money to lose in futures contracts.

There was a change in CFO from 1st June 2022.

ANOTHER BITE AT SOMEONE's CHERRIES?

Serba's Dec 2019 financial results stated that RM111.113M was used in the Tanazania project and the funds came from proceeds from a private placement on 30 January 2018.

If the RM111.113M was not used for the Tanzania project but actually landed in someone's personal account; that will constitute a criminal breach of trust.

I'm not talking about 369(a)(B) and 367(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007.

Fresh charges will come under Section 405 and 406 of the Penal Code.

CBT Penal Codes

405. Whoever, being in any manner entrusted with property, or with any dominion over property either solely or jointly with any other person dishonestly misappropriates, or converts to his own use, that property, or dishonestly uses or disposes of that property in violation of any direction of law prescribing the mode in which such trust is to be discharged, or of any legal contract, express or implied, which he has made touching the discharge of such trust, or wilfully suffers any other person so to do, commits “criminal breach of trust”.

406. Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment for a term *not exceeding ten years and with whipping, and shall also be liable to fine.

Don't think it's a KBK problem.

Fat Tony was educated in Alice Smith, Epsom and LSE. So, he will be a mat salleh (mad sailor) celup. Fat Tony, in turn, hire people who are celup of celup of celup of mad sailors.

The mad sailor company, Skytrax, awarded AA some 2021 Award based on a much extended customer survey period from September 2019 to July 2021. 13.42 million eligible survey entries were counted in the final results.

The online survey was hosted at www.worldairlinesurvey.com

Unfortunately, a simple audit at https://sitechecker.pro shows that worldairlinesurvey.com has less than 10k visitors per month.

"Oops. We couldn't find enough data about this website. Most likely, there is not enough traffic to get a reliable result. Usually, it needs to be more than ten thousand unique visitors per month to get a result."

Over the survey period, worldairlinesurvey.com will not be able to collect 13.42 million survey entries. At best a few thousands.

[ Fun Fact: i3investor.com has an average of 1,695,980 unique visitors per month ]

So, a mad sailor company cheated Fat Tony, a mad sailor celup, in paying for the fake survey.

Fat Tony, in turn, hired more celups of celups to try to con people by publicizing the fake awards.

But failed.

PN17 type of failures.

Going forward these will be the variables:
- Max 40,000M ASK (assuming Carlyle Aviation, Incline, NBB, BOC Aviation, Castlelake LP etc do not 'tarik' aircraft)
- Revenue per ASK (Sen): <15
- Cost per ASK (sen) > 18
- Cost per ASK - excluding fuel (sen) > 12
- Jet Fuel Price (RM/gallon): 7 to 9

--->> AA will never ever make money again.

---

You want to know about AA's survivability?

You want the truth?

You can't handle the truth!

We live in a world that has bankrupt companies, and those companies have to be promoted by men with forked tongues.

Who's gonna do it? You? You, bish_bish?

I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Tony's crocodile tears, and you curse the PN17 designation . You have that luxury.

You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- exposing scam, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives.

You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me to expose the scammers -- you need me to bury the father muckers.

We use words like "passenger refunds," "negative equity," "PN17." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line.

I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a someone who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the truth that I expose and then questions the manner in which I provide it.

I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you pick up more excuses and fictional lies to cover-up AA's failures. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think you're entitled to!

bish_bish Yes Mikecyc, I also feel puzzled, look at the videos shared by those outside majority, many still flying AA, even some flights are fully loaded, that's why I asked the taikors here the survivability of AA, but all stick around with PN17 and share price dropping bla bla bla...

The Trouble With the Airline Awards (forum posting)

I find it rather odd that Air Asia have been getting awards from Skytrax and World Travel Awards, every year, even during the pandemic years. The accolades appear to be diametrically opposed to the customers feedback in Air Asia's Facebook pages.

Skytrax has stated that the 2021 awards were based on 13.42 million eligible survey entries collected from September 2019 to July 2021 (never mind that only 7 months, out of the sample size over the 23 months period, were in 2021).

Surely the almost half a million customers who are owed around RM900 millions of unrefunded tickets will not be happy campers and will at best give AA zero stars (if negative stars is not possible unlike negative billions of shareholders equity).

Are those half a million customers having perception problems?

Actually, the very very unhappy customers are not having perception problems.

The truth is - there is serious credibility issues with the organizations in giving out those awards.

A check with online website audit sites will show that worldairlinesurvey.com has less than 10,000 unique visitors per month. Over a period of 23 months, worldairlinesurvey.com would have less than 230 thousands unique visitors. Assuming that all of the unique visitors voted, which is highly unlikely, the survey entries would have totaled less than 230 thousands - that is 1.7% of the alleged 13.42 million survey entries.

Both Skytrax and World Travel Awards share the same office address at 85 Great Portland Street. Since 85 Great Portland Street is a virtual office address, those two organizations also share the same address with 11,310 other companies.

The trouble with the airline awards is that the methods are not credible and their impartiality is questionable because they have been receiving pecuniary benefits from airlines.

Having said the above, I will also be setting up a company to give out awards. The office will be in May Fair area in London (like Serba, just say only in website, actually will be in 85 Great Portland Street).

Tentatively, the awards are:

- Forumer with Best movie suggestions and likes Aeroflot stewardess uniform

- Forumer with the Best words of wisdom and have a fetish for Air Asia's stewardess uniform

- The person with the most postings that nobody understands (Mike won because only he qualifies)

(Interested contestants please send money to my account).

Thank you.

Yesterday, the mother share price closed at 0.745 with the theoretical warrant price at 0.26.

But the actual warrant price was at 0.18, which is the theoretical price for mother share price of 0.62.

And the mother share price indeed closed at 0.62 today!

AA-WA closed at 0.155 today, and is the theoretical price for mother share at 0.56.

If AA were to close 0.56 on Monday, then it will be a case of tail wagging the dog.

Spooky.

Anyway, Capital A Hole will continue to be hammered.
