So bcareful when buy company issue Private Placement, they are poor management company.. no matter who big thier name is.. boss kaki enjoy n never care about others they just want money again to enjoy themself.

Yeah, look at Ekovest, b4 private placement price was good after PP below 0.50, same with GKent, Ecoworld etc, but company without PP, FGV, Myeg, Sime, MRCB, MSM etc price up n down but fast recover.. that why company issue PP they hv poor management.

Very simple u hv money and spend to much then have to ask others top up for u.. while boss2 salary still high..the company never restructuring themself only hope from outsider money...
