I think this company really is a hidden gem. The stock price has been increasing slowly over the past few months. Even with a surge of profits from previous year, the price also didn't shoot up yet

The announcement (and also me) does not imply that they are going to buy more. Dealing without prior approval could get them charged with insider trading, since they have "price-sensitive" information. Anyways, it is very likely that they are interested to acquire more shares, since they are performing well financially? Who knows? and I might be dead wrong. hahaha

@i3i2i1 refer to the announcement page 7, under section 4. They have been controlling the price ever since IMO, as they are actually using the prices over the period to justify their RM 0.6 offering (Page 8, Section 4.1 (vi)).

You can choose to either sell or not. It's not forced decision. Accept their offer @0.60, don't accept then depends on the outcome.

RM 0.60. can read from the announcement. Just that mine is hardcopy.
