I disagree that this forum is for fun purpose. If I read it correctly, someone asked people to sell off all the shares in the morning, afternoon talked about market collapse and fund manager running away, at night claimed still holding the share.

I prefer the old days when this forum was much easier to read thru useful posts contributed by happy88 et al

Its better to share positive things like happy88 or flowerpower ( they speak with facts such as strong management team and proven rex technology)

Than sharing baseless negative comments like naysayers

There are two clear, simple options:
Take profit now or
Stay till the drilling result out.

Asking a hundred more "what if" questions won't give you answer.

so these are the positive posts that I mean. ( I'm not asking you guys to check how the share price have risen since then )

I think the only way for us to sleep tightly, is to ignore those baseless negative commenters.

What is their motive from stopping us to invest? No idea.

To be naysayers are easy.

It would be better to show their past track records that they are right on this or that shares.

It would be interesting to know also, on why these people spent so much time giving negative comments and instead of sharing positive stuff.

My own summary, so far: old directors selling, there are a lot of willing buyer(s).

TSHS & TSCMY still haven't disposed a single share

TSHS is unfazed by these old directors selling.

Am not surprised if HM is emerged as another major shareholder, based on TSHS comment yesterday.

Ok, I read something extra from BERNAMA version:

Under the agreement, first and second year... All profit goes to sumatec. Third year is 50:50

This means, next year sumatec can potentially get rm69million + 45million/3 = RM84 millions!!!!!

Well let's make this forum constructive again.

- To me it is interesting to see how Halim Saad wants to turnaround a PN17 company
- Since he is major shareholder, wouldn't he be worried that Tekad Mulia bosses are selling shares in open market, which will harm his share/reputation as major shareholder?
- Instead he proceed to make Sumatec tapping into his acquired oilfield in Kazakhstan
- Again, if these open market selling will harm the reputation of the company, as a major shareholder, why would he allow it?
- Now Sumatec is debt free, it just need time to show improvement, to get out of PN17.

Harvard is not wrong in advising to step aside observing the share, it aligns with Noraini's statement: after the rights issue, the correction will happen for 4-8 weeks.

This is especially applicable for weak holders who do not have long term holding plan.

Just my 2 cents.
