I really hope the story is one sided..It’s past 6 mth n SD integrity is questioned..Why many promises on the release of AR & SIR, but the goal post keep shifting..There is just no closure..

For once, I felt betrayed by those supporting SD with all honesty..I will not name anyone coz it’s my decision..But with fake information many have gone busted..Now don’t know where SD heading to..Any take over or close shop..How bout SCIB faith??

So wat..SD now any buyer or PN17..How bout SCIB..Complete rascal..Even small amount of shares I bought it is still money..How can Bursa or SC allow SD to blind the investors..Now dunno whether can recover or not..

Karim has to walk the talk..I remember his last interview maybe with Sinar Harian in Nov, it was clearly said tat Karim is hopeful that AR n SIR can be concluded before 31/12..I will keep my trust in it till then..It’s all about integrity..Let’s see n give some benefit of doubt despite many negatives..

Come on man..Many ppl’s money is stuck now..SD or SC is taking bloody too long to come up with a clear answer..We don’t need details though if work is still going on but a simple conclusion will do..Investors can turn to something else instead..

Expect good or bad outcome for SD by the 31st December 2021..Otherwise no credibility..

I want to know if KWSP & KWAP are still holding or sold all the shares?? Show me where..I will decide then to hold or sell..One more thing..I will wait till 5th Dec 21 before taking the necessary step..

Should not delist just that recover the receivables which will take a long time, restructure n move on..Price will drop to ATL n if good management then in few years hope can recover back some..

SD must conclude by 30/11..Otherwise the trust n integrity is questionable as the stake is just too high..High time to come out n speak up..

Many things are happening behind the door..It could be good or it could be bad..Ur money ur call..Hopeful before end Nov 21 (20 days more or less) SIR will be released though some believe it may be deferred with legal cases on board..But with SCIB settlement above it does give some hint for SD..Let’s see..

Scib talking bout 3D printers n CIDB bos attended to witness it..The fact is that these companies are moving on..What happens happened and rebuild back which is exactly it is..Give some benefit of doubt n this companies will get back may not be as the past in short term but it will succeed eventually..Good Day..

Just acknowledge that Bursa approved SD AR to end Nov..Both parties accepted..So wait till then..All other speculations put aside..

2 possibilities..Operator is pumping up for a trap or 4.30 pm u see it rolling up which means SIR not too bad..Trade at ur own risk..Either u lose or gain but decide timely..

There are some positive signs though exhibiting..

At this point of writing with Brent Oil > 80 USD..

Without any issue spotted SD would have easily gone to RM 3 or higher..That’s a fact..

So SIR in Oct or Nov determines the direction..

Nothing to worry for those who bought low..For those who are stuck high, it’s the same story as TG..TG has good fundamentals so it will move slowly but for SD it depends on the SIR..If good then you can pin your hopes back otherwise this will hover around this price for a long time..
