If I had wanted to sell after RI, many opportunities to sell at 4.5 sen, but don't forget there is the free warrant (3for 4 rights subscribed) can sell at 1.5sen. To cut the long story short, if I sell arm now, makes 10%profit. But not selling yet cos I think it has growth potential.

I calculated: weighted average of the three PP below
=(60000*0.0557 + 40000*0.044 + 66433*0.045)/166433=0.04862 RM

So, based on the positive prospects and the PP of almost 5sen, do you want to sell off your shares for 4.5sen? I won't. May be 6sen i will be willing to unload some if I need to.

Kanger tak bayar 142mil sekali gus, tapi ikut jadual, pay only when certain work is done, macam kita beli rumah dari developer. The last 10% payment in 1st quarter 2024when apts ready to hand over. Almost sure can raise full sum....if not, as stated in prospectus, will borrow from bank.

It is stated "the first quarter of 2024". I believe the readers here can see the difference this makes.
Section 5.4 says the Kanger takes vacant possession of the units at that time.

For example, while it is true that the the whole Antara will be completed in 2026, but the block in which the 126 units Kanger is buying will be completed and hand over by 1st quarter of 2024.

To date, Kanger has paid 30% of total, with remaining 70% shall be paid in tranches.
The last payment RM 14,287,000 (10% of total) is when Kanger Ventures takes vacant possession of the units in First quarter of 2024.

@JK22....yes but only after checking on the company. I didn't participate in bcmall....it wanted to spend 15mil for developing an apps, not convinced cost so much.....

But Mr Market moving as guessed/predicted/reasoned so far! That's the way, we invest, Kanger do the actual work, then reward our support via dividend and rise in share price. Way to go!

Fair alert, but Kanger gets 19% discount for this Genting service apt because buying in bulk. This fund raising is for this purchase....If we support, Kanger needs not take out expensive bank loan to buy, so doesn't make sense?

A few more major points I remember:
1. Kanger has major research center on bamboo & products
2. Kanger's income down not only because of the pandemic but due to the smart move of factory
3. Now factory has direct plenty cheaper supply of bamboo in its backyard
on top of its recent other major business ventures: Genting Apt, vaccine, and mask.

Based on these, I am confident it will be moving up
