@Gtrade, look at each company separately, though not saying Kanger won't be affected by general market conditions. I don't know about you, but I use my spare cash to average down now @4.5 before missing the opportunity :)

@Anisdesanika, happy for you too. But from what I can see, bower is giving almost same warnings in many many counters surely will applies in some. It like telling everyone be careful in driving, else will involve in accident. Surely some ppl will involve in accidents. Don't know bower recommended any good counters. I like to know. @Ahbah, yes and no. For sure we know the sun will rise tomorrow. If it doesn't, it doesn't matter since we won't be around anyway, haha. You know how ppl do weather forecast? I think the interesting thing about the future is we know it partially, and the challenge is to make educated guess instead of wild guesses.

Just think that the average cost is 7.7 Sen, major share holders with proven business records paid 6 sens, now is 4.5 Sen, company doing real businesses with reasonable future plans, so why not take advantage of this low price now to top up or average down? For me, I just do the obvious within my means.

As for Eddie Chai, his sister is owns like 10% of Kanger right? So will he want his sister's company to go down? May be I don't know for sure, as sibling querrel is common. But I guess he won't.....

Gtrade, thanks for your good intentions. But I think as individual, we have limited resources including time. We check, share and ask, and then make educated guess. So you think we can just assume public bank is noble? I realise that some of my small counters, the small dividends almost all go to the bank as bank charges. On the other hand, Malacca securities makes no charges on my dividends.

@AlfI3, agree and one of the several court cases, counter claims by JJ, was dismissed. But prc went down by 36% today.....Due to small volume price can fluctuate wildly :(

I see....was reading the announcement too quickly! The subject of the Sung Master deal said "....RM 94,7....to be satisfied via ....cash payment of RM 51,9....", so I thought Kanger paid Mr Sii 52mil cash. Mr Sii & Kuah were willing to pay 6 Sen/share without the warrant, so we retailers who subscribed to RI obviously were getting a better deal. And not to mention now at 4.5 sen....

Mr Sii must have seen something special in Kanger, else why he gave up his control of his own company?
It is really puzzling why some ppl insist on calling Kanger con. Kanger is obviously into serious business.

Mr Sii TN also also acquired his 560mil shares on 28 September, but don't know how much he paid per share.

@Gtrade, I like to point out that Kuah bought 770mil new Kanger shares at 6 Sen on 28 sept. This 770 mil shares were not the unsubscribed right shares, so no free warrants. In this sense, those who subscribed to the RI had a better deal because got free warrants! (Of course, if you consider also earlier times, more complicated)

to see how important are rapid tests. The answer: VERY VERY IMPORTANT. For positive case, and also close contact, once rapid test result is negative, then can end quarantine and live NORMALLY. It all depends on the rapid tests!!
On whether the test kit business is profitable or not, we just leave it to Kanger lah, they should know how to calculate lor! My conclusion: Kanger's try to enter into rapid test business is a good business decision!

JK22, if we go by just probability, we know the probability that all tak jadi is low. Let say for each HOA probability of Tak Jadi=50%, then the probability of both HoA Tak Jadi reduces to 25%. If it has 3 HoA, then all three Tak Jadi is 12.5% , haha

@MZM2511, am trying to understand why more than 90% of the transactions were at 5sen. So why ppl are willing to sell at 5 Sen, assuming he subscribed to right issues? Since exercise price of the free warrant is also 5 Sen, so for some small comission and conversion charges, he now has the cash from the sale which he can use for whatever purposes for 5 years until the warrant matures. On the other hand, ppl who think the price will go up soon and have no need for immediate cash will most likely hold. Make sense?
Just wonder how you and others think.....

Read this news: Boss Chai said in Jan 2019 that he set two targets -- to hand over more than 10000 keys by 2019 and to restart Desa Central which was delayed due to a some change of design.
The sinchew news yesterday reported that Aset Kayamas built 11k units under RWMK scheme. I also see that Desa Central is on sale now.
So, looks like Boss Chai is a man of his words!
And so good for Kanger to work with Aset Kayamas for mutual gain. I think I made no mistake to put my fund here.
