I managed to make a small investment on Ock only due to cash flow issues then. Bought 19k shares at average of 0.42, sold all at average of 0.49. But on ex-date still had 15k shares, so received 1500 OR and I subscribed all and also bid for excess which I got zero. Based on prices now, my total profit is RM 1600. Everything I wrote is accurate. I may be careless and don't bother to read everything as I go for general big rough impression, but I don't try to scare ppl to gain more for myself. I hope you guys are not spreading fear unnecessarily. Wish we all untung kaw kaw!

Ya, last year the announcement date by Axreit and the closing date is too close.just now i wrote to Axreit info@axis-reit.com.my to request for earlier announcement. Hope ppl in similar situation like me will also email Axreit. Airmail now slow, speedmail costs too much, haha.

Although I made good gains in all except one (still holding) the right issues participated so far in the last 9 months of trading-vsolar, dolphin,tfp,next,perstima,kgroup,Jaks,prestaring,owg,rex,ock....I may still lose ini kali! Now an honest question,no insult, why are you in this trive forum? Are you trying to discourage ppl to subscribe so that you can get the excess without having to pay for the OR? Anyway I think there is good chance to get excess.

How they just circulate their own money? From where to where? I may start my own business one day.....not that I plan to use but just want to be aware of some of these crooked ways! May be I should reduce my "Investment" after all!

Answer from Boardroom: Yes you may. The only option available is for you to download the form from Bursa Malaysia website once announced (note by Peace99: by Axis Reit) and send the form with your signature to us via courier before 4th March 2021.Late form received by us will be rejected. Closing date 3 March 2021 5pm. (note by Peace99, some typo on the date? Anywhere check the announcement later)
PLEASE NOTE: Malaysia Stamp Duty is still applicable for the submission of the form, but for the unitholders holding less than 16,000 units exempted from the stamp revenue.

Trive should also learn from solarvest and samaiden! Although I Banyak untung from these two, they don't do battery stuff. Cksi3 is correct that less ppl subscribe the ri, then others more chance to succeed in excess application. I have come across situation where ppl purposely talk bad of a counter, so that they can get excess. Anyway, I plan to limit my subscription to RM 30k, my risk limit.

So, my axis REIT in Malacca securities will have no choice but just go for cash dividend only

@cksi3 Good reminder. Trive have completed some solar projects, and battery is one of the most important component in green energy and of course electric cars! Hopefully Trive will beef up its capability in there areas!

Basic reason: Directors Dato Kua and Ho JS have agreed to pay for the minimum scenerio.if they have no confidence, why pay? Dia orang pun tak mau rugi! And how about the private placements? They also don't want to lose money. So I will invest within my means and hold for sometime....I have participated in many right issues, and so far profitable!

I will subscribe my OR in full becos I think it's a pretty good deal. Tribe is sure to own Persoft 100% and the issue & warrant exercise price is 11sen, a good discount. Most importantly, the money raised through this RI is not gone but you get full control of a solid property. I trust the management will do its best to turn around. Give it a few years!
