I have not done a detailed study....but seems reasonable they need to issue RI to raise fund for such a large scale project. I will subscribe RI. Happy to give some support & hope they really go work on the project and bring prosperity to Terengganu.....then we as investors will also gain later! Happy investing!!

Pls don't interprete above as buy call, as I'm also relatively new! I'm optimistic not just because I think Ptrans will be Ptransformer, but also I happen to have some holding power....so can wait until price is profitable!

@teh_kl, Sorry to hear that. For me, if I have faith in the company, I try to average downwards. If buy equal amt @.25, then average is .28. But I tend to be abit on the optimistic side....Hope PTrans keeps performing!

Just now direct bought @250 to support Dato -- and also myself, haha -- but seriously even think of it as fixed D also not bad, @4% if dividend stays at 1sen annually, but guess might be a bit more :)

@Taipan, thanks for your clearly stated points. I would think a responsible analyst (and also his company) should refer to the 15-day earlier report and explain what has changed in the 15 days to support his analysis. Failing that i have big doubt!

tksw-sifu, i counted Dato bought back, if not mistaken, a total of 11mil shares since August and total # of outstanding shares now is 1800mil, so that is 0.6% only. Most of us i suppose don't want to sell low, lol, so Dato need to buy only when ppl sell lower than expected.

I think this counter needs patience; obviously application for award takes time to process, but can see progress between January till now....

Am also subscribing for excess RI, but guess not so easy to get excess.....

Tksw sifu, surely you would agree that co only need to buy back a fraction of the issued volume to keep ticket above 265-275? I believe many here converted so appreciate company's kind gesture:)

tksw sifu, i don't mind occasional gostanS, especially if 3 kaki kebelakang 5 kaki kedepan type.
Looking at the big picture, I see: Terminal expert management with 4 integrated terminals, 2 ready with 2 to go. Plus mining on the side next year onwards.
How can share holders' fortune not growing? It seems so obvious to me, do we even need to do all those Fibonacci thinggy?? May be I'm just too naive and fail to worry...sure there are risks, like Dato not getting younger, but he is not alone....
Anyway, while confident of Ptrans, am spreading out my tickets in different counters!

Hmm, from my simple reasoning: there is only about 1mil tickets @275, just 275k, while the queue @270 is 3 times more, so from these data, don't understand why ppl want to sell at 270.

Stephen, your advice is well intended, but I also think that there are helpful timely info here....though need to pick them out. I have come across quite reasonable claims based on facts/data. If some one make claim without data, one can either ask or check on his own.

tksw sifu, ya lor, the bank wants me to decide latest by 1 SEpt. The charge is RM20 and they do the rest. I consider fair lah as i stuck overseas, so very ma-fan to do by myself....

But Datuk's team is good.... so i try to 1 stone 2 mangoes, he brought many of us good returns already!

@Noned, just to add to other sifu's comment: Company gets money from investors during IPO, conversion of warrants/right issues, private placements, but not when you buy shares--your money goes to the person who sells you the share.

Hi, just want to share this, in case you don't know: my bank says the last day to trade the warrant is 1 SEpt, and last day for bank to help me convert warrant is 4 SEpt.

May be you convert by yourself the deadline is later. Better check and not miss the chance.

Hey, I converted some and now kumpul $ to convert more! I like Boss Cheong's action, got class!
My minibus is 2- 2.5 sen, so my total cost is 26sen, so Boss is fair lah.
To convert is quite easy if your broker will do the paper work, just tranfer in the money,
but give him or her a few days' advance notice. I am happy to contribute the fund and let the professional team do the business because I would not be able to do the business! I have high hope that the team will try their best to reward investors. Let's huat together!!
