Remarks 1:-  "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 24 June 2019 with bonus issue of  AHEALTH shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive AHEALTH bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his AHEALTH shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (21 June 2019).

 

For example, if Mr X purchases 100 AHEALTH  shares on cum basis on 20 June 2019, Mr X should receive 100 shares on  24 June 2019 . As a result of the bonus issue, a total of 400 AHEALTH shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 24 June 2019 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the bonus issue shares of 400 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 21 June 2019 onwards.

 

Remarks 2:-  The date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares shall be on 25 June 2019, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. The notices of allotment will be issued and dispatched to all the entitled shareholders of AHEALTH within 4 market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action.
