Of course, I don't deny epf might dispose further as part of year end window dressing. I believe the drop of 30% or so from the previous month has provided a margin of safety comfortable enough for me to enter. The education business is resilient and if you look past the negativity surrounding sasbadi at the moment, this looks like a good opportunity to accumulate a growing market leader in the local educational publishing industry.

I wouldn't base my investments on what epf does. Epf sold gadang, then bought it back at a higher price a few days later. I believe the negative sentiments are priced in and are overblown.
