Mother Berhad is just an investment holding company i.e. it does not have any business operations

Year 2023 Son Sdn Bhd reported numbers:
Revenue RM100m
Profit RM20m

In Mother Berhad account, will look like this:

Revenue RM100m

Profit RM20m
Less: Non-controlling interest (-RM12m)
Profit attributable to shareholders = RM8m

2 consecutive quarters no dividend
