To make money, one fool need to sell at higher price to another greater fool. The greatest fool is the one who bought at the highest price. A poor nation is the country who has a lot of greater fool, and want to buy at higher price, I am talking about the HY, the fool buy at low price, and plenty of greater fool willing to buy from the fool at much higher price. And the smarter fool is China, the greater fool is the foolish nation from poor country.
