I really overlooked the impact of BOJ negative interest rate to the investors. Before 10.50am, I was hesitating to call sell for hsi-c eventhough the RSI chart implied a big pull back, really regret that. A lesson learned, anyway, the HSI RSI chart showed some strength and I think that it will rebound back to ~21500, to be above 21600 may need the help of European investors.

It seems to be that HSI may have a last thrust up ~3.20pm to 4pm. Let's see whether it happens.

If HSI goes crazy, 21800 is not so far-fetched.

HSI may go crazy if regional markets is encouraging and even crazier from 3.20pm to 4pm if European market performing well too.

hold till expiry. I guess that it could be 4.13pm as is is listed in KLSE so have to follow our cut off time here.

Bilis2, you need to be careful on c19 as it is out of inventory, so when HSI dropped a lot, it did not drop much, when HSI up from bottom, it also did not up much. Not recommended to buy it for hedging, you need a same price matrix from Makuali for C and H, if different source then one up 10% only the other 30% drop.

Bilis2, I think that c20 is a better horse than c19 for hedging. You can look at the price movement of c20 versus c19

Bilis2, no worry, c20 is in the money now, so can hold till tomorrow and see a gap up of at least 12%. Makuali will adjust the price matrix up once it hits the excercise level.

The HSI rebound is mainly due to short-squeeze, unless FOMC confirms to raise the rate then the HSI uptrend party is still on.

C20 exercise level is 21400, since hsi future is close to it now, may see a gap up tomorrow. Furthermore the DJI is expected to close green tonight, so hold tight for all HSI-c.

1 MDB missing the payment of 50 million interest payment is not so serious, if the KLCI pull back is related to this then I think that it is overdone.

Hi Jim, I did not hold c17. FYI, assuming HK dollars exchange rate at 0.51, if the HSI future close at 21500 on 28/apr/16, then your c17 is worth 500/900 x 0.51 = RM 0.283.

I saw some strength towards the ending session in DJI and Nikkei also. It could be the same for HSI, so HW holders, sell it while the price is still high now before 3pm. I think that the pull back due to FOMC rate hike fear is overdone, my stand is the FOMC will not raise rate in APR, in June may be.

If after today 3pm, there is a strong rebound of HSI, then very sure that tomorrow will be an up day for HSI

Hi Bilis Bilis, if after 11.30am, HSI did not slide down below 21350, then very high chance the HSI will end today ~21450 to 21500. The selling pressure from USA participants is almost exhausting.

I think time to buy hsi-c17 or c19 for day trade is now.

By experience, the hsi future lowest today may drop to ~21320 and then in the afternoon session may see a rebound. The early morning drop is the effect carry forward from last friday US market data.
