revenue is steady up, of course but the profit is roller coaster

Wilmar is the main determinant of PPB profit

anyways, I have confident on PPB & Wilmar management

will keep this for long term & buy if dip

after study the quarter report

actually the Wilmar profit is the main part of PPB profit

GSC profit is small only

latest quarter, Wilmar profit is around 87% of full year 2019 profit

with capacity expansion I think sales should go up

problem is how management manage the resin price only and also selling price with customers

During SCGM glory days in the past, each quarter its EPS can 3.5 sen so per year is 14 sen of EPS

With current share price of RM1.46 its future PE is around 10 times only

the golden question shall be : CAN SCGM MAKE EPS OF 14 SEN PER YEAR IN FUTURE ???

If yes, then at RM1.46 is not expensive and still can buy

plus SCGM dont have much competitve advantage in its business as you can see from it low net profit margin

gross profit margin is not disclose in quarter report

actually recent run up of SCGM share price to its level today is quite high already

if now only want invest in SCGM, its too late

unless in future SCGM profit can steady increase , but i dont think so

due to its resin price is fluctuate follow oil price movement

high dividend yield is should be the second last reason for you to make decision to invest, not the first one

based on past dividend and drop in share price due to future bad prospect, dividend yield can go to 7%, 10% also
