Omg TSLKH sold his personal holding company Credence SLP to ekovest RM1. 14b to enlarge his holding from 33% to 53%. Do you know this Credence SLP every year big losses? How to worth RM1. 14 b to exchange 20% of ekovest share? This proposal totally is base on TSLKH own interest. Our existing shareholder is diluted and every year need to share extra losses. Furthermore this proposal did not mention to merge 100% iwcity and Knutsford to one big ekovest . So this proposal finally is only buying Credence and danga mall to help TSLKH holding 33% to 53%. The company is value in making profit and share price up, and not base on NTA but every year big losses without any profit and dividend return to shareholders. If want to base on NTA I think many share is NTA very high but share price very low is because the company can't made any profit to shareholders.

After dilluted the ekovest will made more losses and existing shareholder value of share will diluted. Base on current calculation share is enlarge 2417m share 2965m(b4 proposal)
It almost double So current share price 0.50 /2=0.25 share price being diluted.
I can imaging every year share more losses and our value of share price drop to 0.25. Existing shareholder will suffer the big rugi to TS buy his personal making losses company and value at Rm1.14b (1900m) new share issues to TS. The finally only winner is TS we all is the person suffer dilluted and share more losses in future. Without any hope for ekovest turning to profit and declare dividends. Because the accumulated losses is too big need 10 to 15 years to become positive retain earning to declare dividends

We should move to the property developer build the residential property for sale and their financial is healthy and profitable quarter result with positive retain earnings. Because we invest is mainly for company earn profit and declare dividends. Not the company without any property project launching just the fake news to goreng with nothing happened.
