Hi Jeff7, my remisier said, if you dont have any OCK mother shares & buy OR now, you need to top up 20 sen per share just like abang misai explained.,
On the other hand, if you already have the mother shares,you are entitled for the right issue given to u free.
2 options we have here:
1.Pay 20 sen per share and they will convert the OR as mothershare on 8 Jan and get free warrants.
2. Do not wish to subscribe then you can sell the OR in the market by yourself from today till 15 Dec.

Oversea Enterprise (OEB) said it is not aware of any reasons that could explain the sharp rises in its share price and volume recently. In response to the UMA query, the small-cap restaurant chain operator, however, said two of its directors and a major shareholder had been approached by a potential investor. Usually a company will request for suspension for trading until they make an important announcement.If its good announcement,then the shares will be up for GRABs once trading resumes.UMA will not query once share price fly. I anticipated this will be a good one.Good management team ,good company in good hands..

Kulim suspended, possible privatisation

KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in the shares of Kulim (M) Bhd was voluntarily suspended on Thursday on possibility of a privatisation exercise.
In its filing with Bursa Malaysia, Kulim said it had requested for a suspension in the trading of its shares from 9am to 5pm pending a material announcement.

It was last traded at RM3.30.

Johor Corp has more than 60% stake in Kulim, whose business interests range from plantations to property and investment holding.

Johnnytensai, the proposal was for every 2 shares you have,you will be entitle to subscribe 1 R issue.For every Right ,you will be given a free warrant. Eg .If you have 10K lot,you will need to buy 5K Rights to get another 5K warrant.Hope this explains.

What is USP stand for?

Shacks,yes you are right. We will get bonus shares after ex tomorrow.For eg if you have 10K shares till tomorrow, u will be entitle for free 5K shares but the price will be adjusted accordingly.
I.e 1.43X 2 = 2.86 /3 = 0.953 per share.If yr purchase price is 1.43 then the break even price is 0.953. If ex-price is more than 0.953 ,then the difference will be our gain.Lower than that will be loss.

Coming Monday, OCK ex price will be 0.95sen per share with bonus shares of 1 for every two.Can accumulate for long term.

Buy after bonus still is as good for long term...bonus price was ex accordingly unless you are targeting for bonus shares...today people start selling their bonuses ,if well absorb shud be heading upl again..I think.

Don't see any bad news...just that updating bursa that there is no major announcement other than those announced publicly due to its active trading .

Shacks, SEAL overall is a good stock. According to my bank analyst ,still very optimistic will go up higher. It looks to me a very aggressive stock...looks like another DSonic and Presbhd in the making.
Saw some good inputs in SEAL quorum today...hopefully it can go uptrend. Once up , it will go so fast that make nobody wants to go in.Sifus said buy on dips... I think now is it..My past experience was I will ignore & not chase stocks like this and end of the day I missed. One that past me by is Scientex last year from RM2 to RM4 and now RM6 . Of course ,theres a peak but nobody knows where & when.. Enjoy the roller coaster ride if you like thrill. Trade with what you can afford instocks like this.

The above source is from Maybank Inv Bank...sometimes they are quite accurate...long term is good . Some may keep but some don't believe in long term..hahaha..else u will be label greedy on the contrary..to see yr profit wipe off overnite is 'hearthache'.Good to have targets though..
