Those who just said it is a trap, it is a bail-out, please enlighten us as well how it is going to be so. Otherwise, you are just shiok sendiri.

For a company that is cash rich, solid fundamental, dividend distribution incoming, rich asset, how can it be Pn 17 ? Can someone enlighten me ? I am too dumb to understand this anticipation.

I have an analogy to use in this context.

When you buy ekovest, it is like you are buying 999 gold, not fake gold.

Don't know why people sell panickily as if they are buying fake gold.

Please sell cheap as buyers are always there. Reckon those who sold this morning are all loss making, because never have the price of Ekovest been suppressed to that Low level after the corporate exercise in the beginning of this year.

Those sold this morning may be because of the sudden shock of the announcement yesterday. They are not fully awaken yet to digest the proposal and just sold it right away. In short, they are in panic. Those who know well about the company business will hold it and buy more.

Be positive, if acquiring 62% of IWC shares, that should be seen as Ekovest internalize 62% of asset of IWC. Now the concern should be, if it is cash offer or stock offer and the implication of either offer will have on the Ekovest. It can't be bad after all.

If property business is offloaded to IWC with premium, definitely good for Ekovest.
