BM project should be viewed as bonus to the business, not business essential ! CREC is not in the list , that does not mean there is no chance the Sister co can partner with the foreign firm as announced in any form to be involved in the development masterpiece.

Chinese SOE and private businessman always have to follow the government directive. That is norm.

How can two China SOEs bid for the same project in a competitive way ? Seriously you need to learn the knowledge in the management of Chinese business venture.

This firm has the highest number of incomplete book. Imagine once complete, how fantastic will the corporate revenue and earning be?

红顶商人will always listen to their government. Wanda is more to cultural and heritage kind of development. Do you think this fits the bandar malaysia vision? Very obvious.

Bandar Malaysia is not a simple propriety project building condominium, office towers, theme park . It is a mega project worth 200billlion. One of the critieria is that the bidding consortium should meet local element. If you take a deeper thought over this criterion, you will know which construction company stands the chance.

When people have pessimistic view on the company upon knowing the lapse of the deal sometime back in May, it does not mean the company is totally hopeless. Bidding is fair and square, if the consortium can still work out the best proposal for Bandar Malaysia, we should not deny the potential it can be awarded the mega project in due time.

Remember the management ambition ! When you are so panicky over all the noises, think once, twice, thrice and recall the company's vision! If you happen to be in last AGM, you will know what it means.

Can be higher, and more. I have a strong conviction on this counter. Just my 2 cents.

Sunsuria share price move in the opposite direction compared to ekovest, malton today. It soars suddenly in the afternoon and closed high. Very interesting! And non stop speculation !

In brief, the price moves more due to speculation.

On another note, Malton also faces the same fate today. Drop like hell. I reckon the share price performance of Ekovest is affected by the Bandar M factor, especially today 14 Jul is the critical date.

Simply use this quarter EPS multiply the Current PE to get the estimate of share price, don't think there is anything wrong here.

Remember the price has been adjusted downward after share split, but shareholder holds more number of shares than before.

How can you compare an EPS before and that after share split and draw your cake distribution theory as simple as that? No logic lah .

Get ready to buy more at discount. For panic seller, you are welcome to sell your share at deep V discount. People that have strong conviction on this counter will be more than happy to buy.
