I think the acquisition of Ping is yet to be complete. This is the reason as well to raise pp.
I from investor view, every cents either through pp will bring in cash into a single share although eventually use it to acquisition. The new pp are highly possible to local fund or epf. looking at the current price range, the new pp price will not as cheap as 70c. If discount 10% of for any range of a week. unless , everyone dump it to 80c.

my understanding the new propose pp of 30%, old pp will terminate, and which price are not yet fix and looking for approval then.

迪耐斯今日向大马交易所报备指出，国库控股已通知该公司，成功赢得SILTERRA晶圆厂股权竞标。
「受到协议约束，双方不会公布得标价格详情。」

迪耐斯联手中国北京盛世投资（CGP INVESTMENT）参与SILTERRA晶圆厂的竞标。

北京盛世是中国官联投资机构，它和迪耐斯以40对60比例组成财团，出价1亿3600万令吉竞标SILTERRA，它将承担SILTERRA的2亿1000万令吉贷款，并会注入5亿令吉的营运资金和资本开销，总投资额为8亿4600万令吉。

在全球纯圆晶厂代工领域中排名第16位的SilTerra的总产能为每月可以生产4万片8英寸芯片，DNeX计划将其产能使用率从目前的50%提高至80%，保证其合作伙伴北京盛世投资将承购其芯片，并注入及时技术知识和可持续发展的新设备，以满足市场需求。

I want to share my thoughts to you. Especially investor, few questions may investor still doubts for.

1) Will the Siltera deal might cancel?
Unlikely, bursa announce win the deal, dnex announce. it subsidiary change name to Dnex semiconductor, it already hinge you. Further, check the logic below.

2)why we confident ,What are their interest of the deal?
JV China commited to inject fund in to increase the capacity (as China hungry of chips), this will offer more job opportunities sooner or later (jobs is our government interest). Therefore,both parties government are very encouraged.
Unlike other candidates, they just want Siltera as their earning tools only. Further, China market will give dnex constent sales and grow(interest of dnex).
Dnex might pay seller thru method like using share swop and cash payment. This give opportunities more profit to seller while dnex price going up further(Seller interest). Win win deal for everyone.

3) What is the TP
This topic more concern by shareholder and investment fund house. Some Dnexians already give their TP 1.75, 2.8 and etc. I have not comments.
Thru my observations, big fund come in dnex. But none IB offer TP, Either they are not interest or not the right moment to give TP, I think the answer is obvious. Perhaps you will buy like no tomorrow once the TP out.

Lastly, I wish, sooner or later, dnex will be fruitful to reward all shareholder.

dilutive is just a view from minority share holder, actually every warrant convert will bring cash to company. sharehold should see this. this is the tool to accumulate fund for expansion, same like issue PP, right issue and etc.
view point from company, they need this money and the best way of enlarging the cake to gain back from the dilution. my view, dnex management did it with good faith to his share holder, you are definitely dislike company issue right or borrow more from bank, this either give burden to shareholder or company increase of liability.

no issue, it is because the wb offer 10c discount, this amount is a slightly big. if you have 8.5mil buy in wb and convert, immediately you get 9.5mil.
look at the price today, wb price up mother down. Money is always smarter.

wb with 12c discount compare to mother. advantage to take wb is only 1/3 of the cost now to own dnex if you already intend to convert to mother later.
thru monitor these period, around 30c was reletive good support. It is hard to imagine mother will drop below 80c unless the deal call off. logically PP price already 74c , let said mother price always with 10% higher then pp. so morther shall remind at least 81.5c always.
